Status: Our teams have resolved the system disruption that prevented the Cleared Transaction Report from displaying current data for specific Western regions. The Cleared Transaction Report is now displaying up-to-date data for all locations.
Impacted:
- Clients in the Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii time zones can now view up-to-date transaction data within the Parking Dashboard
Recommended action:
- Any clients in the Pacific, Alaska, and Hawaii time zones that had scheduled reports at 8:00am ET should re-run their Cleared Transaction Reports for today's period to ensure they have the complete data set
Not impacted:
- All other regions: Cleared Transaction Report data for all other time zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain) remained fully up to date during this time
