Impacted: - Dashboard Access: During this 45-minute window, users experienced errors or were unable to load the "Manage Policy" page within the Parking Dashboard.
Not impacted: - Production Rates: All parking rates and policies currently live in production remained fully operational. - Live Parking: This was a Parking Dashboard-only disruption and did not impact active parking sessions or payment processing.
Next Steps: - Users who were previously unable to access the policy section are encouraged to refresh their browser; all Parking Dashboard features are now operating as designed.
